For years, Acusis has provided transcription only from India, but they've done it in an exceptional way, focusing on getting the best transcriptionists, internally developing their own systems to drive quality improvement, consistently good turn times, and a reputation for great customer service.

We've done the same things but with US transcriptionists and we've both developed fiercely appreciative customers including some of the most prestigious hospitals in the U.S.

We're joining in the Acusis name but keeping the US transcription focus for those hospitals that want it, and they are keeping the India focus for those that want that. They acquired us April 3, and already we are working together to meld the best ideas from both systems, bulk up our US capacity to meet backlogged demand with more systems people, transcriptionists and capital, and expand customers nationwide.
